Monte Gottero

The Gottero is the symbol of freedom conquered at the price of the blood of many patriots who during the raids of August 44 ‘and January 45’ paid dearly for the adhesion to ideals of democracy and justice. Every year the municipalities located on the slopes of the mountain remember the events with an occasion for celebration and discussion on the themes of the mountains.
